Tot trustworthy

I try to buy Alpgarta boardwalk slip on shoes listed for the price $29.99 and at check out they ask for $49.99. I try few times with the same results. What a joc. Waisted my time and patience. This is a first time I try TOMS and is the last time. This is not a serious company.

Impossible to change delivery address

I accidentally ordered using my old address (which was saved because I'd ordered from TOMS before) and *immediately* tried to change it, but found out that it's totally impossible. You can't change it on their website, you can't cancel the order. I placed the order on a weekend, but contacted customer service basically as soon as they opened the next week, and even though the order hadn't been shipped yet, they told me there was nothing they could do, and I should contact UPS. I checked the UPS website and contacted UPS customer service, but UPS couldn't change the delivery address because of the type of service TOMS uses. The customer service agent told me to wait until I get a notification that the package has been delivered, and then they'll be able to help. Why use such an inflexible system? I've never run into this problem with any other online seller, and I can't believe they choose to use a shipping system that doesn't allow customers to correct a simple mistake. I see a review below from someone who had exactly the same problem, so I'm hoping that TOMS will see my review and solve it for me, too!

I have ordered shoes twice in a past…

I have ordered shoes twice in a past month and the order says it went through. Then I go back on my account and it says my items are still there. Guess I'm not able to order anymore.

Soles cracking, Decrease of quality

I used to love my TOMS shoes. Sizing were accurate, shoes were comfortable. However, the quality has decreased A LOT since I started purchasing TOMS shoes 10 years ago. I purchased my last TOMS in February, planning to start wearing them in april for Spring. They only lasted 2 months (and I didn't wear them every day). Both soles cracked at several places and shoes were allowing water to enter though the soles. I tried to contact customer service and they refused to refund and send new ones saying I was beyond the 60-days return policy. Shoes should last more than two months of sporadic use. I am really disappointed in the quality and in the customer service offered. I will never buy these again.

Poor business practice

I purchased my shoes online, provided company with my current correct address they themselves sent my shoes to a previous address and they are needed for an event in 2 days and won't do anything to help, will never buy from them again. Tried to reach on phone, they don't answer

WORST COMPANY RETURNS POLICY

Returned a pair of shoes 3 weeks ago, and although they have received, am STILL waiting for refund. They are full of excuses about Brexit etc, but suffice it to say, this is appalling service.

As for the shoes, first pair I had after a few dozen wearings started gaping and thus became almost a size bigger. The second pair broke at side after same amount of time.

So all in all, void this lot for quality and service.

Beware Toms does not offer free return

Beware Toms does not offer free return! Also they have no stores in Canada that you can return instore. I'm from Toronto and if I wanted to return my 2 pairs of shoes, I would have to pay $30 as you need to ship them to BC. When I called there was nothing that they could do for me and a manager was suppose to return my call but did not. I would never ever buy from this company again!!!

Beware of shoe cleaner kit | bad customer service

On top of having bad customer service, they were inconsiderate. I only had the shoes for two months and when I cleaned the shoes with the foaming toms shoe cleaner my shoes FADED. They refused to replace or refund. Will not be purchasing for Toms again. Very Inconsiderate of them especially when you have been purchasing from them for a while.

Terrible quality

I've ordered 3 pairs of sneaker, once arrived tried them on briefly, they seemed fine so thru out packaging and tags. After a short walk to shops my heels are damaged and started bleeding.
Now for returns customer service repetitively asking for packaging and tags which I can't retrieve. Even tho I Cleary stated I no longer have it.
Not happy with shoe quality or customer service

Horrible customer service

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes, I never received them it says not deliverable address. UPS returned back to Toms on 3-25-22 its is now 4-27-22 no refund and no way to contact Toms no chat available and phone # doesn't work. Worse decision I ever made to order shoes from Tom's so upset. I had to give at least 1 star or I would of done none HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
